Tekken, this is the end!

So Harada has said a couple of interesting things in tweets that are very cryptic. These are old tweets that i can't be bothered hunting them down to find the exact tweet to quote. There is two of them, and i think it should make for a good talking point. The first one he basically said he had a clear idea of how the Tekken story was going to end. And the second one he said Mishimas would get what was coming to them. (this sound like the downfall of the Mishimas, tho it could mean they end up ruling the world, anything is possible)

I'm not saying the next cannon Tekken will be the last (tho it could be) but lets have a conversation about where Tekken is going and ultimately how do you think it will all end. 

Do you think Mishima Zaibatsu and G-corp will tear eachother apart. Or that maybe characters like Zafina, Michelle, and Jun with mystical power will be the Mishimas downfall. Or there is the obvious, Lars come to save the day. Don't forget about the Rochefort family what is Lili's dads connection with the Mishimas and what of this new vampire character, has she got anything to do with the end Or then we have the complete mind f***. Does anyone remember who the original good guy was before jin or lars came about? Paul, thats right Paul and he always got screwed. What if Paul finally gets his match with Kazuya and puts a Phoenix Smasher right through his stomach and saves the world. (av that all you haters that say Paul is too old and has no purpose in the game) imagine if right from the beginning he was going to be the savior. LOL sch pie--in-the-sky

Of course we have no idea what is really going to happen, but it should be fun to see what people come up with. So what do you guys think, how will Tekken end?

I leaned towards Kazuya's ending in Tekken 6. How interesting of a story would it become if Kazuya's owns the 2 super powers (Zaibatsu and G Corp) as well as Devil gene o.o

As far as i see it, there is no hope for Heihachi and Kazuya. Jin however will most likely have Xiaoyu in his shadow every step of the way, get rid of his Devil gene and have a happy ending. I hope Tekken has a dark ending, long live Mishima's.

I love Paul, I have played him since Tekken 2, so I am not a hater, In fact I am one of those idiots people complain about, I constantly do Phoneix Smasher and the shoulder barge to troll people.

If Zafina is the savior, FML  I am smashing up all my Tekken games.

Lili is too fucking stupid to save the day, she will be too busy thinking she is Barbie. 

Jin, is finally going to get what he always needed, a good beating.

Lars will be chatting up Alisa, he still thinks it can work.

This isn't s'posed to be an unhappy thread. plus two things 

1) Nobody is saying the story is coming to an end soon.

2)The last two games that have been released have had nothing to do with the story. As Duggs said a lot of people aren't interested in the story. Just cause there is no more story doesn't mean there won't be anymore Tekken games

When I was playing with Kaz and Jin earlier I did something that opened my eyes to a good ending imo. I tag crashed right before Devil's air lazer hit and killed Jin. Kaz took the shot and Jin survived. I think if Jin and Kaz had to team up and take down Devil (who has obtained Jin and Kaz's devil power) and during the fight they put aside their differences and work together. Kaz doesn't have to like Jin after the fight, but it would be nice if he at least helped him as he knew he couldn't stop the devil by himself. As for the other Mishimas, they can help too and after the fight we can have an ending like Lars' ending in TTT2 . Big happy Mishima and Kazama household! (Jun comes back to convince Jin and Kaz to work together)

I don't know, i always thought that all the "story" did in Tekken so far, was making it so that fan favorites won't be playable anymore exactly because of the aforementioned factor: "story". (too old, retired, missing, died, etc)

Which is why i like the Tag games better; You get to play (most) of your favorite characters, no matter what happened to them according to story.
(Michelle, Jun, P-Jack, Dr.B, Kunimitsu, etc)
And like some already mentioned, Tekken shouldn't end just because the Mishima's story line ends.

...also, in all honesty, Tekken never really had a deep or fleshed out story until Tekken 4 anyways. (4 and 5 had by far the best intros, rival cutscenes and endings)

And Tekken 6 kind of ruined a lot for me story-wise. -__-
EVERYTHING was about Lars and Alisa. (i don't hate those two by any means, but you can't base the WHOLE campaign mode solely on those two, even though the game has soooo many characters. And the overall story was pretty disappointing.).
No rival cutscenes like in Tekken 5.
Also most people either died or turned evil/devil in their endings, lost something or someone precious, blablabla.
Baek Do and Wang die (HOPEFULLY not canon)
Ganryu and Yoshimitsu turn evil (only one withstanding was Hwoarang if i remember correctly, and i admit Devil-Ganryu is hillarious)
Eddy and Christie lost their beloved master, Miguel and Leo had lackluster endings- Heck, even Steve's ending had Law and Paul being killed. (i think it was supposed to be a "funny" ending, but didn't come of like one)

...err, sorry.
TL;DR version: Story isn't really necessary. Continue Tekken!

Who knows maybe Harada is pulling our legs with this "Mishimas would get what was coming to them" phrase! Perhaps they get nerfed.

This is how I think the main story line will end.. Jin wakes up in the desert and discovers Kazuya has taken over everything MZ and all he feels remorseful over all that hes done for trying to end the bloodline so he starts to reject the devil again and sets out on a quest to defeat Kazuya and rruly end the bloodline, meanwhile Hei discovers that Kazuya has taken evertthing and it sets him in a fit of rage so he also seeks out Kaz to get his MZ Back. The inevitable confrontation happens when Junreturns and tries to convince them all that killing each other is not the way than Hei has had enough of her so he tries to kill Jun which enraged Jin and his devil power takes over and he kills Hei with a Laser tp his brain and Kaz is loving that so he turns into tge Devil, Jun triez to help Jin overcome the Devils influence and Jin is struggling to hold on to his humanity, Kazuya sees this as an opportunity to kill Jin while hesweak so when hes about to strike the death laser at Jin and Jun Angel appears and stops Kaz and the ultimate battle of good and evil commences and Angel wins after the hardest battle she ever fought Kazuya died along with rhe Devil. Angel than focuses her attention on Jin and Jin is losing his inner struggle with the Devil so Angel and Jun go into Jins inner consciousness and have a internal battle with the devil in Jins body but ultimately Jin has the final battle with the devil with lent strength from his mother and Angel and expells the Devil out of his body but is replaced with a Angelic power and Jin becomes the new protector of this world and Angel returns to the heavens and him and Jun live peacefully and Jin ends up marrying Xiaoyu and they have a baby but Jin still feels theres something evil arising hence the story continues.

I think Ogre will return to finish Jun off this time, and Kaz will take control off the Zaibatsu and G corp, making him unstoppable, there you go much better.

Did you see the artwork shown at the panel at Comic-con. The picture was Heihachi and Kazuya standing back to back with there arms folded and Angel wings in the background. This could mean Angel will have a big part in the story to come. Or it could mean nothing an simpley be a cool pic

I don't like Angel, when I wrote that on Wtf, I was probably Smoking Weed, seriously I would never have wrote that if I was thinking straight.

The only thing Angel needs to do is stay put and get out of the Mishimas way.

Thats an insult towards me for even saying something so stupid although the xiao being lesbian for miharu sounds hot I sense a hentai XD Ogre is already dead he can never come back canonically. It's most likely Jin did lose to Lars in T6 (if Lars' story is cannon). Although Jin proves that he's stronger with the Devil's power (when he kills gold Azazel), Lars has proven to be more than a match for Jin. He drew in a fight with Kaz, in which Kaz backed out of and he went toe-to-toe with Heihachi. He also drew with Jin in the MZ tower, Jin fled the scene before the bout could finish. It's not hard to imagine Lars defeating Jin or Kaz. I believe Jin HAS to lose for the story to not get stale, he has only lost ONCE in the whole story and he beat Hwo after losing to him by going devil. It's also hinted at that Jin was suppressing Devil Jin, allowing Hwo to take advantage. Jin needs to lose a fair fight and grow as a character, become stronger and progress the story. P.S Dr.B should win the 7th tournament, just saying

Hey...that is a good point there Duggs26 but I agree with some saying it is rather hard to predict the ending.  As long as it goes out with a BANG !!! then I will be happy whenever that comes.
