For those who haven't know Microsoft have been giving out 2 free games every month as a reward to gold members. This month the games being released are Crackdown 1 and Dead Rising 2. Dead Rising 2 will be on the marketplace 16th August and these games are not there permanently so grab them whilst you can. I had a lot of fun with Assassins Creed 2 so I'm definitely willing to give these 2 games a go, hoping they release something better though next month.

I had a lot of fun with Assassins Creed 2 so I'm definitely willing to give these 2 games a go, hoping they release something better though next month. Have you never played these 2 games before? Crackdown is a very good open world game, VERY fun in coop. Dead rising 2 who doesn't want to kill zombies?  |

Crackdown looked a bit iffy at first but I think it could grow on me, never been too much into Zombie games but I'll give it a go  I know Halo 3 is confirmed but I wonder what other games we'll get... There's 5 left to be announced. |

It's good as long as you play with a good friend, always loved zombie games. 2 of the games released so far i already own on disk -.-

Luckily I've owned none of them so far except Halo 3 multiplayer (from ODST), having said that I didn't even bother downloading that strategy game...
Maybe we'll get a GTA or a Gears game

Saints Row would be cool, SR3 came out on PS+ recently so I wouldn't be surprised. Really wish I had PS+, so many great games out on it  |

I like the idea of the two free games. I feel it's about time that microsoft give us something back for the gold subscription. I'm so glad I bought a bigger hard drive and now I can give back all the games I have "borrowed" from friends like DR2 . I hope we get to see soul caliber 4 or L4D. That would be awesome |

DR2 is fun and co-operative who doesn't enjoying hacking down zombies with a good friend.

I'd like to play DR2 Online. Case West was pretty fun online. I'm more excited for Halo Wars because my friend and I used to just mess around online. Good times.

Yes I know about it but I keep missing them or they did not interests me. I will just have to keep an eye out. It is nice for X-Box Live to do things like this for their members. Sure they did something similar in the past but never really noticed it.
