So far I've only fought one person who used Jack-6. Hell I've even made him my main on TR for a while. Leo, Xiao and the new additions (Hwoarang and Dragunov) are the only characters I've never seen online (Except when I'm using Xiao or Leo)

Drag and hwoarang were completely useless ideas as both of them have strengths in poking and in tr poking is fucking useless. They should add a "choose who you unlock" thing in order to avoid people who spend all day to unlock someone and get a character they hate. Xiayou is also a useless character as she excels with bound in mind. The only conscious decision made as far as characters was jin IMO, everyone else was useless fan service. Really looking forward to vampire lady though.

Kyo.... Xiaoyu, Hwoarang, and Dragunov all existed before bound and we're still reasonably good, so that argument is invalid. Also, if you string fast enough with Hwoarang, they can't mash invincible moves out. That, and Dragunov's qcf2 is a crit, so he can do some serious damage.

Also, if you string fast enough with Hwoarang, they can't mash invincible moves out. That, and Dragunov's qcf2 is a crit, so he can do some serious damage. They were good because invincible crush wasn't a thing. I can literally go against any hwoarang and mash crush. It stops all strings. Drag is still a bad idea in my book, as he isn't really combo heavy without bound, and that was shown even in tekken 5. |

qcf2, f4, 4, 3, 3, 1, 2 does 70 without bound (in TTT2). That's not even his wall carry.

Really looking forward to vampire lady though. You know nothing.. Drag still has great keep out tools and can be used as an ok turtle. He's got good punishers and can get easy damage for punishing crush moves thanks to his wall carry. This is the problem with TR. There are characters that are more versatile than other due to combo variety. Steve, Drag, Hwo, Lars can all have long combo's with exceptional wall carry, where as Jin, Kazuya, etc cannot. |

Still, that takes time to build up skill points and most people doing know which skills suit which character best.
