Hum. Well...I really don't have that many shows that I watch and really does not jump and down when the new season comes out. But here are some shows I watch:
Defiance
Duck Dynasty ((Reality TV Show))
Haven
NCIS
Under the Dome
I use to watch:
Being Human
Merlin
Moonlight
And some more old Sci-Fi Shows
As for Movies, I mostly like Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, and Sci-Fic
I watch Anime too but....I only watch certain ones. Not really going to list them because some never heard of them.

I hear about The Walking Dead off and on but never really saw it myself to be honest. At times I can not watch what I want to watch on tv so that is why I tend to like the shows everyone else watches. Guess I can go online and watch the eps but have not really thought about it.
