I sometimes wonder...
You know how Heihachi, Jin and Kazuya have fought each other quite a few times, right? Kazuya uses his devil powers, Jin is being driven by his devil powers, but Heihachi? He's just your old evil guy.
Imagine how things would turn out if Heihachi actually had devil powers too! : O
I mean, even without any super powers he killed Kazuya/Devil in Tekken 2, survived True Ogre (T3), Devil Jin (T4) and being BURIED ALIVE under the ground for MONTHS (T5), even though he's a friggin' OLD OLD MAN.

Heihachi is more than an old man. His body and strength is on par with Kazuya's and Devil Jin who have the power of the Devil. He would be crazy powerful if he had Devil gene

Yeah, that's what i'm trying to say! XD He's probably the most powerful (normal) human being in Tekken. XDD *Cyborgs, devils, angels, robots, and other superhuman characters don't count. ; ) *
As a human being, he's awful though. (betrayed and imprisoned his own father Jinpachi, killed his son Kazuya, abandoned his adopted son Lee, didn't know about his illigimate son Lars, tried to kill his grandson Jin, etc) The only two people who genuinely like him are Xiao and Kuma. : P
But yeah, as a fighter, he deserves a lot of respect. Being able fight with devil-fruit users-... err, i mean devil-gene users, isn't something anyone can do.
By the way, i hope they'll keep him young in the next Tekken games. His TT2 appereance really grew on me. +It fits his new voice actor better!

Technically Heihachi isn't "evil", he's just corrupt and desires power. Panda also like heihachi as he taught her to fight and stuff . If Heihachi can keep his younger body and train it to the level of endurance that his older one had, who's to say he wouldn't stomp Jin/Kaz? Blood bengence seems to imply that until they go devil, Heihachi is the better fighter. Imagine Heihachi with youth, experience and a battle hardened body, he'd be a mighty force even for the devils.

You just have to follow a simple rule. NO EXTRA INPUTS. It must be F,N,D/F+1. You can do F,F,N,D,DF+2 for the EWGF but if you do the same with OTGF you'll only get a TGF. Go to practice and put the Command History On. If you get one extra F or a D input then it's impossible. And DF and 1 must be pressed at the same time. It's hard but Practice Makes Perfect. We should go to online practice mode and that way we can both practice the move and have some fun xD

I know how to do it but far from consistently xD. It's rly hard since sometimes it shows me in the Command History F,N,DF,DF+1 xD

and this-
This got me thinking, is Heihachi just misunderstood? Well lets take a look.
1)In Tekken 1, Heihachi is head of Mishima Financial Group, a company that makes and sells arms/weapons (later this company would become Mishima Ziabatsu, but we'll get to that later) Heihachi sponsored the first Tekken tournament to get all the worlds toughest people in one place. Ok this makes him sound like hes up to no good. But just because a man makes weapons doesn't make him evil. And he may have just held the tournament because he was interested in fighting styles, Bruce Lee was, nobody thinks he was evil. Or maybe he was just was trying to put on a show. the Olympics are held every four years and its an event where the best in the world are all gathered in one place, sounds like Tekken to me, but one says that evil.
2) Heihachi Dropped Kazuya into a volcano. Its and evil act to drop your son into a volcano. Or is it? Heihachi knew Kazuya had the devil gene and was only trying to rid the world of this evil before bad things happened.
3) At the end of Tekken 3, in Heihachi's ending cinematic a few of things happen. Heihachi defeats True Ogre, sees unconscious Jin, Heihachi puts Jin on a stretcher into a helicopter and fly's away with him. A close up on Jin's head shows him turning into the Devil. and Heihachi shoves him out of the helicopter. So whats going on here, is Heihachi at it again trying to kill his family. Well first of all Heihachi kills T.Ogre ridding the world of that evil. Then he rescues Jin and takes him to safety. Its only when Jin turns into the Devil that heihachi pushes him out of the helicopter, again trying to save the world from the devil.
4)At the end of T3 Jin goes into hiding. At the beginning of T4 Heihachi is trying to fuse his DNA with samples of Ogres DNA, its not working and he needs the DNA of the Devil Gene. After his Tekken force failed(his own personal army) to steal the DNA of Kazuya, who he has found out is being kept on ice at G-Corp. Heihachi finds out Kazuya lives. Heihachi holds The King of Iron Fist 4 tournament, hoping to draw out Jin or Kazuya to get a sample of the Devil Gene. Now this has to be evil? He has his own army, and hes trying to create monsters with the Devil Gene. well at the end of T3 Heihachi sees Jin turn into the Devil. And Heihachi knows he lives. Heihachi has his own personal army just to put a stop to the Devil and hes only experimenting with the Devil Gene to try and create something that can help him put a stop the the evil that now plagues the world. In Heihachi's ending cinematc you see he has caught both Jin and Kazuya and has them chained up and he says "Did you think I'd be dumb enough to let you in here without a leash to tie you down? That chain has the ability to neutralize your powers. An individual saturated with the Devil Gene, such as yourself will lose consciousness in a matter of minutes!" then he laugh's and says "Now, all the pieces are in position! Be thankful that the two of you will die helping me achieve my objective!" Yeah that sounds pretty evil. However maybe all he means is by killing them he rids the world of the Devil.
5) Tekken 5, Heihachi has lost Mishima Ziabatsu, after hearing that someone is holding another King of Iron Fist tournament Heihachi suspects Kazuya has stolen his company. After talking to Kazuya heihachi finds out Kazuya has stolen the MZ, and worse news Jinpachi has been set free. Jinpachi has been locked up beneath Heihachis temple. Heihachi has a thing for locking up his family he must be evil. Well no. Jinpachi is a demon himself, the Devil Gene probably comes directly form him and heihachi was just lucky enough to miss it. Heihachi only locked him up because he couldn't bring himself to kill his own father. But now hes on the loose, he must be stopped at all cost. And chaining Jin Kazuya and Jinpachi to a rocket and blasting them into space might seem a bit over the top, but Heihachi had to be sure to rid the world of this evil once and for all.
6) Heihachi enters the King of Iron Fist tournament 6 to get back MZ which Jin has stolen at the end of T4. This is not evil, he wants back what is rightfully his.
So there you go is Heihachi evil, or just misunderstood?
(I know not all these ending are the true ending of each of the Tekken games, but they do give us an idea of Heihachi's motives and how he acts)

He loves to fight (So naturally he wants to be the strongest, hence all the DNA shit) and dislikes weak people, that's why he threw Kaz off the cliff when he was a child. It was to make sure he was strong enough to be the head of the Mishima family.
