Mines Tara Strong, and Robin Atkin Downes.

I have a lot of favourites. The main cast of Final Fantasy XIII have my favourites, especially Troy Baker, Laura Bailey and Ali Hillis. I'm also a fan of John Dimaggio, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn and Veronica Taylor. My favourite Japanese voice actors are Maaya Sakaumoto, Isshin Chiba, the late Daisuke Gori and Unsho Ishizuka (I believe thats how you spell it)

Oh, there's a lot... but i'll go with my top 3:
1. Norio Wakamoto
He has this deep, sharp, sinister, yet intellectual voice.
He voiced characters like:
Yoshimitsu in Soul Calibur 4 and 5
Cell from Dragonball Z
Dictator/Vega/Bison from Street Fighter 4
Dracula from Castlevania
Vicious from Cowboy Bebop
Onsokomaru from Nin Nin Ga Shinobuden (known as Ninja Nonsense in the west)
Chiyo's Dad from Azumanga Daioh
Johnny from Guilty Gear
Hindel form Odin Sphere
Nobunaga Oda in Sengoku Basara
That guy who yelled "ALL HAIL BRITANNIA!!!" in Code Geass
That guy who yells "NO ITEM EVEERRRR!!!" and 1-HIT KOs you if you dare to use an item in some Tales Of games
-And many many more.
2. Morgan Freeman
...do i really need to explain why?
If i had this guy's voice i'd never shut up.
3. Nobuyuki Hiyama
He has this fiery, passionate voice, filled with even more fire and passion. XD
Best example is grown up Link from The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.

I have a lot in english. Some of them are Ali Hillis, Troy Baker, Laura Bailey, Kate Higgins, Crispin Freeman, Liam O'Brien, Yuri Lowenthal, David Vincent, and Johnny Yong Bosh.
I don't know the name of that many Japanese voice actors, but I like whoever does Sasuke Uchiha's voice, and Maaya Sakamoto, Mamiko Noto, Isshin Chiba, and Masanori Shinohara. XD
