I reside in Texas, unfortunately. I am an okay Tekken player but have no delusions of being any kind of beast. People who say I'm good usually don't know what good is. My knowledge of the game exceeds my proficiency at playing it. I was on WTF for a time and I know some of you. You may have figured out who I am. Though some of you have changed your names since then and would like to remain unknown, I know who you are. I like arguing. I like video games. I like feeding my brain. I dislike many things but the one I encounter most on the internet is the person who makes claims with no validity. I dislike what I see as ignorant people. That doesn't mean I think I'm better than anybody and can't acknowledge my own shortcomings.
When it comes down to it, though, I'm just some guy who likes Tekken.

Hi. Yes, I am an Ancient Ogre type of guy. I like that he is not widely used and isn't a high tier character. I use him as my point character and Panda as his partner. It's kind of an oddball team and, in fact, I've never seen anyone else use that specific team but I find that they work quite well together.
I use him on point because the combos beginning with him tend to do more damage than combos beginning with Panda. Also, I use Panda instead of Kuma because, though they are essentialy the same, Panda is slighty more consistent when paired with Ancient Ogre. Certain combo fillers tend to drop sometimes with Kuma when they never drop with Panda. But I love them both. I'm just crazy about da bears!

I agree, Ancient Ogre is cool, I don't care about if he is top tier, Lars, Leo, Nina, Bob are all top tier and I cant stand them. I don't mind The Bears, never used them, although I respect anyone who plays them, I rarely see them in Ranked. I play Ancient Ogre/ True Ogre they work well together, He also goes well with Kazuya and Devil Jin. Damn your on Xbox ? |
