Doctor B is possible the worst character in TTT2 with his limited options and relatively easy to read stance transitions, however he was some sick mix-ups through his mad pain stance such as 3 or 4. The doctor is a nightmare for a player that doesn't know how to deal with these mix-ups.
Extra tip, anti-B tech: If you're having trouble with defending against the Doc's mad pain mix-ups, you can back dash after he goes into mad pain and block low. This will cause the slide to be blocked and everything else to whiff.
Anti-anti B tech: If your opponent does back dash away you can transition to another stance by holding forward while in mad pain, bringing the opponent back into range.
