Chapter 1
All was well with Kazuya. The war was finally over. Jin Kazama was in prison awaiting trial for what he had done.. Kazuya reveled in this fact and that of his plans for world domination. At the moment, he was at the golf course going head to head against his adopted brother, Lee. Both knew the rules of golf all too well.
Kazuya was up at the tee first. The hole was Par 4. A slight breeze was coming from his right side. He prepared to strike the ball. He went for it. His calculations and his strength to prove a great shot. Lee then yelled out, "FORE!!" right before Kazuya actually hit the ball. Kazuya got messed up and sent the ball straight into a nearby wooded area. Lee got a laugh out of it.
When Lee went up, Kazuya started to chuckle. he did this every time Lee went to line up a shot and as he prepared to strike the ball. Kazuya then said, "You know that ball is going right back to the tee, right?" Lee said, "This ain't the comic strip known as Foxtrot." Lee then hit the ball. It went wide right. It then bounced off a golf cart, a few trees, rolled a bit up the hill behind them, then came back down and bounced a few times before coming to a rest on the golf tee. Kazuya then bust out laughing and asked, "You were saying?"
What both men did not know was that Heihachi, Kazuya's father, was watching them from the second story of the club house. He had a video camera with him. He filmed the entire shot. He then went to his laptop and uploaded the video of Lee's shot to YouTube under the name, 'Foxtrot shot done in real life'. He then thought to himself, "This'll get at least 1 million hits."
The first hole became very lousy for the both of them. Both men were more interested in distracting the other than actually playing the game correctly. Kazuya had to get himself out of every single bunker on the hole. Lee felt like he was golfing in circles with Kazuya's distractions. Sometimes Lee was hitting closer to the hole, other times, he actually hit it in the wrong direction. One such shot made Kazuya ask, "You do realize that the hole is that way, right?" pointing in the opposite direction of the way Lee hit the ball. It took the two of them 4 hours to complete the first hole.
In the meantime, Anna and Nina Williams waited for the men. Both women were promised a date with the men to Carnegie Hall. An opera they wanted to see was playing there. They did not want to be late. It was a special Christmas Eve performance.
