I'll have to say T2 as it was my 1st and the themes were absolutely amazing. It brung the whole story to life and what happened in T2 some how continued onto the next game. The stages were designed good for a game form 1995 was very good. The fighting style had a lot of moves to practice. The character selection as decent and it was quite a challenge.

My favourite is Tekken 3 because it was the first Tekken game I played and I just love everything about it. The characters, the music, the stages, the story, the modes and basically everything!

Mine is T6 because I feel the customs were the best in that the storyline progressed well iny opinipn and Jin rules the Mishima Zaibatsu ( about damn time) I was the most hyped about T6 than any other tekken game that came out.

I went with TTT2 because of gameplay. It runs so smooth, and it looks beautiful. T6 was great.. Really fun and the customisation was incredible but the gameplay brought it down for me with all the constant lag issue and synching. It's like being in a match with Kyo 24/7.

The netcode is really what killed T6. My top 3 would be Tekken 3 Tekken 5 Tekken 6 TTT2 is good, and I love it, but the bs levels are more prevalant now. The damage scaling drives people to do crazy things and it's difficult to cope with with 50+ characters on the cast.

I know over half the cast and i'm still killed by my own characters (lesser in comparison to me) from time to time. Idk wtf happens o.o

TTT2 is my favorite. Has everything I ever wanted in a Tekken game. Next would be between TTT1 and T5.

Gameplay, huge roster, music, design, graphics, perfectly done 3D-models, fluid online expirience, sound effects, the fact almost everyone speaks in his/her/it's own language... Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is by far the best.
The only thing Tekken 6 did better was the customizations, but that is hardly a good point. I'd rather be able to play ALL my favorites (Yoshi, Kuni, Alex, Miharu) than having a big amount of customization for just one of my faves (Yoshi). And the story mode kind of sucked... (boring level-design+a story that was all about Lars and Alisa) I mean, it was a GOOD idea; walking around, beating up people with your favorite characters, unlocking new mission, etc. But they didn't do it very well. I do hope they'll implement it again in Tekken 7 (but vastly improve it).

Tekken 6 for me. The customs were amazing and I love scenario campaign, it's just so fun and silly. I also like the interactions between characters in scenario campaign. I also like the online when playing with friends, it's so bad that it's hilarious to play. ut the ranked sucks, lol have fun blocking a slow snake edge or Xiao ss+3 in that lag and don't get me started on punishing.

I never really played T4. I heard the wall system was really weird.

Tekken 4 was the Tekken I really got into. Tekken 4 was good but I am not sure which would be the best one. I tend to like most of them. I like the customs in Tekken 6 though. I liked the music in Tekken 5. I guess I am going to go with Tekken Tag Tourn 2 because of the choice of characters you can play. ^_^

I'd say Tekken 5 is more underrated.

I like ttt2 even though it makes me rage. I think it has made many do that off and on. Know it has me but I will go back to it.

It's just because of the super scrubs online. You think they are going to do something differently but they stick to their flowchart. Once you learn it they are free, it makes the game boring.

TTT2 because comparing it to T6 the slickness of the characters moves. I literally have to say my movement on TTT2 is a lot better because on T6 there was always a slight input delay.(could just be my internet) So I couldn't always react on time.
T6 has the customizations that I like, but I'm more into the game than just how I look.
T3 - I love how it all started for me was a few characters back than mostly Law. lol I switched later
T5 - my love for Asuka will never change.
