When you guys see a Capo, Lili or Zafina player, what is the first thought you have? Mine is "this guy has picked the cheapest character on the roster, looking for easy wins" Is this anyone else's thoughts. When I see Mishimas I think "this guy is a tier whore, picking OP characters looking for an easy win" Or they just like the character...just saying. |

I have Mained Kaz since Tekken 2, Lets not bring tier lists into this. If I was shit then I would never have made it to PUGILIST with Kaz and Hei, I don't need to prove anything to people who say Mishima players are tier freaks, I can quite easily say the same for people who all of a sudden like Bruce and Leo, why because their Top tier. Takeshi, Jac, Jin, Dragonarse, all use Mishimas, and why do you think they do ? Because they Like the character not because of some stupid tier list. |

The "cheap" characters are only defined by people not knowing how to deal with them. Put in the work and you realize there is a reason "cheap" characters aren't top tier. Also I play heihachi/Leo because I am a scumbag tier whore. (It's really cause I like the sound of electrics sizzling and wave dashing. + Leo has an awesome fighting style, really powerful. I like that.) |

My philosophy for any fighting game, don't look at the tier list; most people don't even understand what a tier list even means. Instead, find characters you like/relate to, and put in the time to learn them in and out. Even if the character(s) you love aren't top tier, they're all good in their own way, and at the end of the day it comes down to the individual skills of the people behind the controllers.
Do I think Mishimas are very powerful characters? Yes. Do I think they are powerful because their "top tier?" No. The tier list is just a measurement of each character's potential in the hands of players who are all equal skill, which is unheard of. Despite the amazing tools that Mishimas have, they are lacking in a lot of the basic tools that make most characters in the game good. Like I said before, high risk, high reward.

I like that.) I disagree, but then again, maybe you misunderstand my meaning (because i wasn't clear) I use this as a way to psyche myself up before a match. Telling myself that the double Law player in front of me, only picked this team because they are too lazy to learn two characters, or telling myself that the Kaz/Hei team i'm playing only picked S-tier characters for an easy win. "But this is one win that won't come easy", helps me focus Now i know people have many reasons for picking everyone. But i don't know the person in front of me, to me they are just an opponent and i don't know what their reason for picking this team is. So i tell myself .... because that makes me want to smash them harder. Anyway i think my point got a bit lost. The point is, many people consider certain characters to be cheap, and many people consider Mishimas to be OP. Its not just one or two haters here and there. Its a lot of people, and the saying goes, "there is no smoke without fire" |

Let me add, I do not care about tier lists, Only discovered them 3 weeks ago.

I like to use Jin cause of his style of play not cause of his tier and itd be dtupid of me to play him cause of his tier hes one of the few mishimas that aren't even S tier. People that think that all ppl play Mishimas only play them for the tier are complete fucking idiots cause they have no idea that most of their moves are very risky hell even EWGF Is risky to use deapite of how OP it might be cause ppl can simply duck it. The ppl that try to play mishimas for their tier are most likely scrubs

True, but when you're dealing with someone that tries to spam EWGF Constantly prediction no longer becomes a issue. |
